Hi termosalunos,
I'd like to clarify, are you asking if there is a specific date to when a submission should be sent? By default, there is no date nor time a form needs to be filled out or submitted. So long as the form is active, and your account has enough upload space to receive submissions, then it can be done anytime.
For your forms, you have the option of setting a maximum number of submissions you accept or a deadline for submissions before they become inactive. That way, you can control the number of submissions you only want to receive for it, or the date on which you want the total number of submissions to be completed for the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
- In the Form Settings window, click on Form Status and choose Disable on specific date from the dropdown.
- Set the Expiration Date and Time. You can also modify the Warning Message.
- Alternatively, choose Disable at submission limit to set a specific number of submissions you only want to receive.
- Enter the number on Submission Limit.
- Don't forget to click on Save once done.
