    Como desativou o envio de respostas?


    E qual data de cálculo do envio de respostas?


    Pois tenho formulário com 600 resposta e envio de 700 envios.

    Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I believe you are asking on how to disable form responses, correct? Are you talking about this form? If so, you can simply disable the form, so form users won't be able to access or fill it out. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
    2. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Disabled.
    3. Click on Save once done.
