    Já realizei toda a limpeza que foi solicitada, porém ainda não estou conseguindo realizar envios

    poderia verificar por gentileza

    Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your account and it's currently active. Your account's upload space has been cleared out, so you should have enough to receive new ones. Can you try logging out from your account and then back in to see if your forms are already working? I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data.

    Please know that in order to use your forms again from being disabled and the account being over the limit, it is either you delete/purge submissions and uploads from your account or upgrade to a higher plan. I suggest downloading the submissions/uploads first before deleting them, so you'll have copies. For reference, you can click this link to have a full understanding on how account usage and limits work. You can also try clearing the form cache on your account from time to time by visiting your account Settings and clicking Clear Cache, as shown on the screenshot below:
