A página de agradecimento muda

Foi alterada a página de agradecimento porém não atualiza , preciso de auxílio.

Now, coming back to your question, when you said that the Thank You Page changes, would you explain what those changes are? Also, I couldn't find any forms active on your Jotform account right now, can you please share the link to the form in question if that form is linked to another Jotform account?
