É possível saber quem respondeu a pesquisa enviada por e-mail, mesmo que esse campo não seja necessário o preenchimento pelo usuário? A plataforma faz a captação dessa informação?

You can add an email field to your survey and make it required. I can walk you through setting that up:

1. In the form builder, click on Add form elements.
2. Now add an email field to your survey.
3. Click on the gear icon and make the field required.
