Envios sendo deletados

    Bom dia, tudo bem?

    Estamos enfrentando um problema, nossos envios estão sendo excluídos da caixa de envios automaticamente.

    Gostaria de entender como funciona essa exclusão no plano gratuito, se existe alguma configuração para evitar que isso aconteça.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that you have the Auto Delete Submissions setting enabled from your Data page. It's currently set to auto-delete submissions after 30 days. You can follow the steps below on how you can disable this setting:

    1. In any Jotform page, click your avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.

    2. In the Settings page, go to Data on the left pane.
    3. Then, click the Disable button on the Auto Delete Submissions option.

    And that's it. Your submissions shouldn't be automatically deleted anymore after a certain period.
