Remove email address from Bounce List

Now, coming back to your question, I have removed your email address from our Bounce List. To prevent your email address from getting listed on our Bounce List, please reach out to your email service provider and request them to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and Domains provided on this page.

There are multiple reasons on why your email address was listed on the Bounce List, such as non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or Jotform is on your blacklist, which is why I have suggested reaching out to your email service provider and request them to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and Domains provided on this page.
