Como remover o botão de Salvar

Bom dia, Tudo bem ?

Estamos tendo um problema com alguns usuários para salvar o arquivo de resposta.

Dentro do nosso Link de formulário não temos esse botão de Salvar. Mas o Jotform quando colocamos o Link dentro do App e soltamos para o público. Aparece o botão de Salvar igual está na imagem abaixo.

O que está ocorrendo é que alguns usuários estão tendo problemas para salvar e estão perdendo os dados que eles haviam informados.

Gostaria de solicitar que removessem esse botão de salvar que aparece para o usuário para evitarmos problemas em relação a isso.

Por que da nossa parte não conseguimos remover.

Conseguem nós ajudar com isso ?

Now, coming back to your question, It looks like you have enabled the Save feature on your App, when this is enabled, the save button would appear on the forms that are added on the App even though it's disabled from the Form Settings. To remove this feature, you'll need to disable it from your App. Let me show you how:

• Open your App Builder page and in the purple navigation bar click on Settings.
• Under App Settings you can disable the Continue Forms Later.

That's it. Once disabled, the save button wouldn't appear on the form when it's being accessed through the App anymore.
