Boa tarde,
Fiz uma alteração no Widget de Lista Configurável nas configurações, mas tudo sumiu.
Fiz alguns testes e não consigo alterar de nenhum.

Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your form and it shows that the information you added to the Configurable List Widget is successfully updated in your form field. Take a look at the screenshot below:
I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh the form. Can you please try to check your form if it is now reflecting the information on your end?
