Recebimento de formulário incompleto por e-mail

    Boa tarde...

    Informo que houve recebimento de formulários por e-mail, mas chegou incompleto.

    No formulário há 11 questões, mas no e-mail só chegaram 10 e a partir do "2" como consta na imagem.

    Hi Epaeinscricoes,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your question, I cloned and tested your form and was able to replicate the issue. Please see the sample submission result below:

    We can easily fix this by editing the notification email. Upon checking it doesn't include the first question, Let me show you how to add the first question:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side, then click on the Orange pencil icon.
    3. Click on {nomeCompleto}, and select Insert row after.
    4. Label the box on the left as 1, then click on the next box
    5. Click on Form fields and select 1.
    6. Make sure you click on save.

    Once you're done doing the steps above, you can make a test submission, it should look like the screenshot below:
