Preciso dar retorno para quem preenche o formulário, utilizo ele para preencher dados de clientes, aparece o botão "reply" no inbox mas não consigo responder por ali. Não utilizo o e-mail para dar retorno, não pretendia utilizar. Se eu consigo dar retorno, como faço isto? Preciso criar uma equipe?

However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Now, coming back to your question, When you say you can't reply in the inbox, what happens when you try to use the reply button? Do you encounter any error messages or issues? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
Reply button allows you to respond directly to the person who submitted the form without using external email. When you click on the Reply button next to a form submission, a text box will appear where you can type your response. This feature streamlines communication by keeping the conversation within the Jotform platform, making it convenient to manage responses and feedback.
