Obrigada por contatar o Suporte da Jotform. O limite de uploads é composto por envios contendo imagens ou arquivos submetidos através do teu formulário. Sempre que alguém envia, por exemplo, uma foto ou um arquivo em PDF através dos teus formulários, o tamanho deste arquivo é adicionado à tua cota de uploads. Para liberar este limite, você pode sim excluir alguns destes envios contendo uploads de arquivos/imagens. Caso ainda necessite deles, lembre-se de fazer um backup antes de excluí-los. Para liberar o limite de fato, é preciso que você também exclua os envios da tua Lixeira. Para fazê-lo, siga as seguintes instruções:

1. No Jotform Tabelas, clique no ícone de três pontos para acessar o menu de Opções da aba.
2. Acesse suas Entradas Excluídas.
3. Selecione e exclua quaisquer entradas ainda lá.

Now, coming back to your question, I also got a limit-related error when I checked some of your forms as seen in the screenshot below, but it was fixed immediately after I cleared your form caches. For future reference, let me walk you through how you can clear your form caches:

1. Click your avatar in the upper right of the home page.
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. Click the Clear Cache button in the Form Caches section.
4. Here's the form before clearing the form caches.
5. The form is now accessible after clearing the form caches.
