Yes, you can download the original PDF of your form without any data. Here’s how you can do it:
- Log into your Jotform account.
- Open the form you want to download the original PDF for.

Hi MRcomercial,
Unfortunately, once a PDF is uploaded, it cannot be downloaded again in its original format. However, you can work around this by removing the 'required' setting from all fields, allowing you to submit an empty form. After submitting, you can download the empty submission's PDF from Tables or Inbox. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the first element.
- Scroll down to the last element.
- Press Shift on your keyboard, then click on the last element to select all fields.
- Click Require and then Unrequire on the top toolbar.
To submit an empty submission and download the PDF:
- Submit an empty submission in your form.
- In Jotform Tables, click on the three-dot icon beside the empty submission.
- Click on Download, then select Original PDF.
Please set your form to Public so I can screen record while doing it. However, if my instructions are clear, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
