como recuperar um formulário preenchido que eu excluí por acidente? (acreditei que estava apenas excluindo um modelo).

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese user support team has a high volume of inquiries at the moment, so I'll try to answer your question using Google Translate. It's easy to recover your deleted forms. Let me show you how:

1. On the main page, click on My Forms in the top menu.
2. In the sidebar, you will see a folder named Trash. Click on it to view the deleted forms.
3. In the Trash folder, you will see a list of all the forms you have deleted.
4. Select the form(s) you want to restore by checking the box next to the form name.
5. Click on the Restore button at the top to move the form back to your active forms list.

The restored forms will now be available in your main forms list, and you can access and edit them as needed.
