Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, under the Starter Plan, you can have 100 submissions monthly. If you are using forms with payment processors or signed documents, you can have 10 submissions on it that resets monthly too.

O numero das minhas subscrições não esta a reiniciar ao inicio do mês, tenho a versão free e me tinham informado que o numero de envios seria por mês.

Hi Guilherme,
The monthly limits are not reset exactly at the start of each month. Every Jotform user has their own specific date each month when the limit will be refreshed. It is very easy to check your reset date. Let me show you how:
1. Click your Avatar in the upper right corner and select Settings.
2. Select the Usage in the left tab.
3. The reset date of your account is displayed under the Monthly Usage field.
