Nosso volume de formulários reduziu muito comparado ao volume recebido de pedidos no ano passado e não temos mais a necessidade de limites tão grandes como o plano prata oferece. Como podemos reduzir esse investimento??

Now, coming back to your question, you can downgrade your subscription to Bronze. You can choose monthly or yearly bronze, and we will refund the closing balance after you successfully downgrade your subscription. Let me show you how
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Bronze Plan.
After you have downgraded your plan. You can fill out this form to request that the closing balance be returned.
