Ellipsis in the PDF to Form connection

A section at the end of the text is replaced by ellipsis/suspension points in the long text field in the pdf generated from the form created from a pdf (smart).

Thank you for your patience. We can make some adjustments to limit the number of characters and also adjust the size of the fields so they can fit better. It's easy to do that. Let me show you how:

1. In Smart PDF Forms, select the field JUSTIFICATIVA DA SOLICITAÇÃO DE PESSOAL and click on the Properties Icon.
2. On the right side of the page, select the Options tab.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and turn on Entry Limits.
4. Insert a maximum of 300 letters.

Now, to the field DESCRIÇÃO SUMÁRIA DAS ATIVIDADES, we will need to adjust the size of the connection field and also limit the number of characters. Let's do it.

1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the corresponding connection field, adjust it to make it as large as possible.
2. Select the field DESCRIÇÃO SUMÁRIA DAS ATIVIDADES and click on the Properties Icon.
3. On the right side of the page, select the Options tab.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and turn on Entry Limits.
5. Insert a maximum of 180 letters.

And that's it. Now, the submission won't be larger than the size of the PDF field and you won't receive the ellipsis at the end. Here's the result.
