Dúvidas sobre o envio que fiz

    Gostaria de saber como prosseguir…

    Assinei um contrato de uma criadora de identidade visual - Mahali Design - no dia 09/05/2024 que fez e enviou o contrato por meio da plataforma de vocês.

    Porém, já se passou quase um mês da data de entrega prevista em contrato do serviço e não tenho mais nenhum retorno da CONTRATADA.

    Gostaria de obter o contrato assinado por mim, pois acredito que isso esteja apenas com a pessoa contratada, já que não recebi nenhum email com o retorno de vocês.

    Preciso da cópia do contrato assinado, para tomar as medidas possíveis para o estorno do valor investido.

    But the problem I'm having is precisely this: the form owner is no longer responding to me.

    Is there any other way to get a signed copy of the contract? Because when it was signed, your platform didn't even send me an email notifying me about the signature.

    Unfortunately, we're not involved in processing the data collected with our forms. The only option to inquire about your submission is to reach out to the form owner or the organization that they belong to. Thank you for your understanding.
