Jotform Table : Ver em todas as línguas

IDIOMAS DO FORMULÁRIO　>　TRADUÇÕES

O idioma principal do formulário é em português. Traduzi as perguntas do formulário para inglês e para o idioma japonês.

Quando o usuário selecionar o idioma japonês e responde às perguntas do formulário a  resposta entra na CAIXA DE ENVIOS no idioma principal.

É possível que as respostas na CAIXA DE ENVIOS (TABELA) entre com as respostas de todos os idiomas ?

Exemplo:

Pergunta: Qual a sua cor preferida?

Resposta do idioma principal: Verde

Resposta em inglês: Green

Resposta em Japonês: みどり

Just to clarify, do you want the answers in the Jotform Table to show all available languages? For example, if there is a single choice field, you want to show English Yes/No and Japanese はい/いいえ:
