    criei 2 formularios e não estão mais disponiveis, como posso resolver isso? Tem informação que fui excluido .... ????

Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, the reason why you are no longer able to access the form is that your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulário Cadastro de Locadores that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
