Como deixar um determinado valor em vermelho?

Criei um formulário com um campo que dá o valor de um cálculo. Preciso q acima de 0,50 ou abaixo de -0,50 o valor fique em vermelho. Onde consigo fazer essa configuração?

Os resultados ficarão nas células denominadas como "ERRO FASE R" , "ERRO FASE S" e "ERRO FASE T" da Tabela: MEDIÇÃO DA RELAÇÃO DE TRANSFORMAÇÃO, e só terão q ficar em vermelho nas condições escritas acima.
