Now, let me help you with your question. Although, you can't add search box with the multiple choice field, but you can add Multiple Selection widget from widget tab, which will allow users to search choices and also allow choosing multiple choices. Let me show you how:

1. In Form builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Widgets tab, enter Multiple Selection in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.

3. Select Multiple Selection widget and click on Wand icon.

4. Under General tab, add all choices in the Options section and click on Update Widget button.
