    Hi ConstruMoney,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, you can connect a table to another form's table to manage the data from 2 separate forms in one Jotform Table by adding a Connection column. Let me show you how:

    • Click on the Add button to add a new column.
    • Select Connections from the options.
    • Select Connect to a Form and click Next.
    • Add the Column Name and click Next.
    • Select the form and the field. Click Create Column.

    • After adding the column, click inside the column cell and select the data that you want to put in the entry.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Cool, thank you very much for your feedback.
And now, how do I put this field on the form?

    Hi ConstruMoney,

I am quite unsure about your last question, can you provide more details about it? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

    Hi Gian

In Jotform, we normally create the fields on the form and the system creates the fields in the table automatically, but how do I include a new field in my form from a column created in the table?

    Hi ConstruMoney,

Please be advised that you can't turn the table column into a form field. You'll need to create the field in the form builder first and use the column that it creates in the table. If your main goal is to copy the field from one form to another, you can use the Field Manager app. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Login to your Jotform account and go to the Field Manager page.
    2. Click on Manage Fields at the bottom of the page.
    3. In the Authorize Field Manager window, click on Allow.
    4. Next, click on Open a Form to Begin and select the form.
    5. Click on Open a Second Form to Clone Fields. This form will be the target form that your fields will be cloned to.
    6. Next, click on the fields you want to clone on the first form. Those fields will highlight in blue.
    7. After you select them, click on the blue Arrow to clone your fields from the first form to the second form.

Now, you should see that your fields were cloned onto the other form:

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Can I create a Dropdown Menu field and the options to be chosen are related to another column in the table? Already bring this information entered in another field to choose in this second field?

    Hi ConstruMoney,

It's not possible to relate the options from one dropdown field to a column in the table. If you want to automatically select a certain option on another dropdown field based on the user's answer to another dropdown field, you can use conditional logic. Here's one example:

Here's a demo of how it would work:
