Como posso criar um formulário com links e amarrações em cada checklist?

Gostaria de criar um formulário para fazer um checklist diário em uma ferramenta de uso continuo, todo fim de turno de trabalho, tem que ser feita a verificação de vários itens, eu queria criar um formulário com links e amarrações, como foto em alguns checklist, porém cada checklist não poderia seguir em frente sem antes cumprir todos os requisitos de verificação anterior, como por exemplo uma foto, e no final ter algum tipo de assinatura digital ou senha para concluir, poderiam me informar se teria essa função ?

Do you want the form submitted after every task is done, or a checklist that cannot be submitted after all is done? Also, can you elaborate more on the links? Do you mean external links or links to redirect again to another form? If you have a sample form that we can look at to see what you are trying to achieve, can you share with us the URL? Otherwise, if none, can you explain more so we can find a possible workaround to what you are trying to create?
