widget Planilha para Formulário da Jotform nao esta puxando as datas

bom dia, estou utilizando a widget Planilha para Formulário da Jotform e os campos de data nao estao puxando. A unica data que esta aparecendo esta com configuracao automatica de today

For the date field, unfortunately, it is not supported to be auto-populated by Spreadsheet to Form widget. Please check out this guide for the list of widgets you can auto-populate using the Spreadsheet to Form widget.

Make sure that you are using the correct column names in your Excel Sheet as same as in your form fields. You can share the Excel Sheet with us, so we can test the form and check the issue you have.
