Jotform Tabelas: Automatize a correspondência de colunas de duas tabelas e insira dados com base nas colunas correspondentes.

Boa tarde, eu gostaria de saber se exite alguma forma de eu puxar os dados de uma tabela de acordo com o campo de outra, por ex.

Eu tenho uma tabela que chama PROGRAMA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE LIDERANÇA EXPONENCIAL onde eu tenho o nome do vendedor e uma aba com o nome HISTORICO DE FATURAMENTO onde eu tenho o campo nome do vendedor e um campo de valor que importei do excel, eu gostaria de puxar o valor para a aba PROGRAMA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE LIDERANÇA EXPONENCIAL atraves de comando, código (para ser automatico e atualizado de forma recorrente) de acordo com o campo nome de cada vendedor, tem como?

Now, coming back to your question, to clarify, are you referring to your form's submissions table? If so, you can import Excel files to your submissions table. But there's no option to add a condition in the submissions table. Now, if you're referring to importing data from an Excel file to your form fields, then the Spreadsheet to Form widget is what you're looking for. Data from your Excel file can populate fields in your form. Check the guide on this page on how to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget.

Bom dia, estou trabahando diretamente na tabela

Eu gostaria de fazer tipo um procv do excel, encontrar o nome que tenha nas duas tabelas e puxar o valor para a tabela principal.

Uma alternativa que encontrei foi fazer um download das duas tabelas em excel, fazer o procv e depois importar em outra tabela, mas eu tenho com campo de foto que perde a configuração.

Eu fiz download da tabela

Através do comando procv consegui puxar o valor de faturamento de acordo com o vendedor

Depois eu importei o excel para o Jotform Tabelas mas as imagens desconfiguraram

O ideal seria ter uma forma de fazer isso direto no jotform, mas caso nao tenha como fazer, eu faria nessa segunda alternativa mas mesmo assim eu perco as imagens, tem como fazer o download e importar novamente sem desconfigurar as imagens?

I understand that you would like to pull data from one table according to the field of another, you can do this by using the Lookup feature in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In the Submission Table of the Form where you want the data from another table to show, click on the +Add button.

2. Click on the Connection tab, then select the Connect a Table from the options, once done click on the Next button and Enter a Column Name.

3. Select the Table where you want to get the Data, then click on the Create Column button.

4. Click on the +Add button again, then click on the Formula tab, select Lookup from the options, then click on the Next button.

5. Enter a Column Name, then click the dropdown to Choose a Column to Lookup.

6. Once done, click on the Create Column button.

Buscar na tabela HISTORICO FATURAMENTO o valor do campo FATURAMENTO de adordo com o valor do campo QUAL SEU NOME? que está ta tabela PROGRAMA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE LIDERANÇA EXPONENCIAL igual ao campo NOME da tabela HISTÓRICO DE FATURAMENTO

e inserir/autalizar o campo HISTORICO FATURAMENTO na TABELA PROGRAMA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE LIDERANÇA EXPONENCIAL.

Unfortunately, Jotform doesn't have a feature to match columns from the two tables right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
