    Aparece "Não podemos cobrar sua forma de pagamento atual". Preciso renovar o plano e aproveitar o desconto oferecido para um upgrade de categoria, meu plano vence amanha

    Hi checklistjpolimentos,

    I've heard back from our relevant team. Renewal is at a standard price, and in order for you to take advantage of the 50% promotional offer, you may cancel your ongoing subscription and re-upgrade to Bronze plan. I'll walk you through setting that up:

    • Canceling or Downgrading subscription. Note, after canceling your subscription, your account will remain in the Bronze plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and will no longer be billed.
    1. Log in to your Jotform account, then go to Billing.
    2. On the Billing page, select Change Plan.

    3. Select the Starter (Free) plan, then follow the instructions on your screen.

    • To upgrade from the free plan, follow these steps:

    2. On the Pricing page, you can see the features for each plan. Choose and click the plan you want.

    3. Below is an example of the Bronze plan. In the popup, select an option from the following.
    • Payment Schedule - You can choose Monthly or Yearly. Choose yearly to get the promotion.
    • Payment Method - You can pay by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

    4. Check the I agree to the Terms of Service checkbox.

    5. Click the Continue button.

    Mark Alan, caso eu volte para o plano Starter eu não vou perder a promoção de 50% pra o plano Silver ?
    Além disso, queria saber se voltando para o plano Starter eu não vou perder os formulários que eu tenho, já que nesse plano tem um limite de 5 formulários e hoje eu possuo 9 em minha conta

    Changing your plan to Starter and upgrading it to Silver Yearly plan today you won't lose the 50% promotion. Your forms and submission data will be kept intact during this process.
