    Boa tarde!

    Não estou conseguindo incluir mais emails para recebimento de uma determinada ficha cadastral:

    Até inserir os emails, mas eles não recebem.

    Onde faço esse ajuste?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, can you please provide all the email addresses that you wanted to add as recipients of your Notification email? If those email addresses were added to the bounce list. You can remove those email addresses from the bounce list by going to your Account's Settings. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Go to your Account's Settings page.

    2. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the Bounce List section.

    3. Enter an email address and click on Check.

    4. If the email address is in the bounce list, you can then click on Remove.

    Olá, bom dia! Os email que quero incluir não estão na lista de rejeição. Você entendeu o que eu quis dizer? Gostaria que nesse formulário em questão, assim que for preenchido, a resposta do preenchimento fossem para 3 emails. Um já tem cadastrado, e os outros dois não consigo incluir.

    Hi fichal_cadastral,

    When I checked your form, I saw that there is only 1 email address added to the Recipient Email field. Keep in mind that when you add another email address, you need to click on the Save button.

    Also, if you are testing the notification email by clicking the Test Email button, remember that it only sends a notification email to the email address associated with the account where the form is. So, if you want to test the Notification Email, you will need to send an actual submission to your live form to see if all the email addresses will receive it.
