Formulario com campos que não aparecem

estou tendo um problema que os campos não aparecem na minha tabela, sendo que ja entrei em aba anonima, zerei o cache e cookies, as vezes baixando o pdf das informações elas aparecem, porem as vezes não.

Precisava de urgencia na verificação pois não tenho nem como retroceder a versão do formulario que funcionava corretamente.

Now, coming back to your question, I've cleared your form caches, Can you please share the form URL in question and let us know which fields are not visible on your PDF so we can check? If you have recently updated your form fields, can you please create a new PDF document in the PDF editor and attach it to your Notification email? That way, you have an updated PDF.

1. Open your form in the PDF Editor.
2. Click on the + New PDF option from the blue navigation bar.
3. Click on the three vertical dots to open the options on the newly created PDF document.
4. Select Rename and enter the new name. That's it.
