Now, coming back to your question, are the integrations not working in your forms? I checked a few of your last edited forms, but none have any integration. Which integration are you trying to add that's not working? Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Finding the form link is easy, let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Then, click on the Copy Link.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Creio que pode estar havendo um equívoco nas expressões usadas, o que pode estar causando confusão da nossa parte. Quando nos referimos a Integração, seria vincular o seu formulário a outro programa, por exemplo: Google Sheets, Salesforce, etc., conforme abaixo:

Vejo que seu formulário não tem nenhuma integração com qualquer outro programa. Isso me leva a crer que a sua intenção é verificar as respostas que enviaram a seu formulário, estou correto? Se sim, gentileza siga estes passos simples para conferir as respostas:

• Em Meus Formulários, escolha o formulário desejado e clique em Caixa de Envios.

Isso abrirá uma página onde poderá verificar todas as respostas enviadas a seu formulário. Seria isto sua dúvida? Caso não seja, por favor nos envie mais detalhes que iremos lhe ajudar da melhor maneira.

Assim que recebermos uma resposta sua, poderemos avançar com uma solução.

Sim, estou vendo que tem as respostas, mas até a parte da amnhã estava o
nome de cada aluno aparecendo no mesmo, agora na parte da tarde, não
consigo achar a coluna nem na lista de envios onde está o nome que o
prórprio aluno coloca.
Não sei se foi excluida a coluna, se foi removida ou desvinculada. Preciso
que os nomes apareçam para que eu saiba o nome de cada aluno que preencheu.
Anteriormente estava aparecendo, por isso tentei voltar as versões
editadas, mas depois disso não apareceu mais.

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I can view the name of each student on the Nome Completo column. Can you also check if the column is hidden on your end? Here's how to do it:

1. In Tables, click on the Columns dropdown menu.
2. Check if the Nome Completo column is unchecked or not. If it is unchecked, click the checkbox to enable it.

Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Quando o formulário é duplicado ele aparece a opção de nome. Mas preciso
que aparece no formulário que já existe, pois com o número de alunos, não
conseguimos entrar em contato um por um para pedir que preencham novamente.
