    Hi Integer,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I have gone ahead and escalated this thread to the relevant team. Once updates are available, we will let you know via this thread.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Integer,

We have not heard back from our Developer Team. Could you share with us the form URL of the embedded form where you run your security check so that our Developer Team can pinpoint which form element or widget on the form is still using the old version of jQuery?

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

    Hello Integer,

Berkay here from the development team. I saw that we've already updated it almost 6 months ago so We don't use outdated jQuery for our forms.

Upon investigating we found that you are using source code embed version of your form which means you copied your form's source code from a static version and you are not getting any updates.

I suggest using our iframe or default embed codes to get latest updates of your form instantly on your web site. You can check the following guide here.

If you would like to stick with source code embed method; You need to get your new code on the form builder. However, please keep that in mind; While using source code embed method you are unable to get updates for your form you need to re-integrate every time you need an update.

Let me know if you need any questions.

    Hi Berkay

Thanks for the reply, in this case, I need to customize some actions in the form, because I need to use source code to send the form using Ajax call, I have tried to send a form without jotform source code in my site, but I have received an error on submit, can I send a form to submit without a source code from jotform in my site?

    Hi Integer,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you can't send a form without using a source code but there are different embedding options available at Jotform. You can check our guide about these embedding options. If these options don't fit what you are looking for, you can work with a third party who may be able to help you. You can visit our Jotform Solutions Partner Directory list to find the services available.

You can find the right Solutions Partner for you by sorting them by location, type of service, industry, language support, or partner tier. You can fill out the contact form for the Jotform partner you want to work with,  and they'll make the necessary preparations to help you.

Keep in mind that these parties function independently of Jotform, so we aren't responsible or liable for their work or actions.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
