Como salvar as respostas antes de submetido

    Ola minha cliente respondeu um formulário longo e a página dela aparece please wait. Como ela faz para submeter esse formulário sem precisar responder todas as perguntas novamente?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Hi Nayara,

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. Unfortunately, we can't get the answers of your clients before they submit the form, but to avoid this happening again, you can activate the Save and Continue Later button in your form. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Submit field, and click on the Gear icon next to it.
    • On the right side of the page, click on Advanced and toggle On the Save and Continue Later option.

    This will allow your clients to save their progress on the form before submitting. I suggest checking your Tables as well because, even if it says "Please Wait," it may automatically send the submission. Let me guide you on how to check your submissions in Tables:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.

    Hi Calvin, I created a form to send to my clients to respond, but this time an error occurred. She filled out the entire questionnaire and when submitting/sending a please wait message appears. As it is a large questionnaire, we do not want to lose information that has already been entered. How can you help me? Thank you
