Como adicionar áudio em lista configurável nos formulários Jotform

Estou criando uma lista configurável com alguns dados personalizados, gostaria de saber como incluir áudio nessa configuração. Para que a lista replique os dados posteriormente.

Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to give an option for the users to upload an audio file using the Configurable List widget? If so, it's not possible using the Configurable List widget. You can add a File Upload field that allows the users to upload one or multiple audio files. Here's a screenshot of the form element:
