How to allow collaborators to fill out data on the form

Now, coming back to your question. If you want your users to collaborate and work together on form data, you can add the users as collaborators to the Tables. page. Let me show you how:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.

2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as Collaborator.

3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

Note that once you have added collaborators to the Tables page, they will all be able to view all data shared through the Tables page.

Another option if you do not want all users to view all data on the Tabes page. You can create a form and share the form URL link to your users. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Copy link to copy your form URL.
