    Hi IDECORP,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want an option to add criteria to your review form. You may want to try our Configurable List widget, however it doesn't support calculations. Let me show you how this works:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
    2. From the Widgets tab, search for Configurable List. Qual widget posso usar para ter a opção de adicionar critérios ao meu formulário de revisão? Image 1 Screenshot 50
    3. Click on the Wand icon to configure the widget in the Fields configuration box.Qual widget posso usar para ter a opção de adicionar critérios ao meu formulário de revisão? Image 2 Screenshot 61

Below is an example of the configuration I made:

Hello, Lorevie! I hope you're doing well!

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to explain and record your screen.

Perfect, I understand now. In case I need to perform calculations, is there any way to do so with another widget?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi IDECORP,

Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your latest form, and it appears that you're using the input table with calculations. Currently, there's no widget similar to Configurable List where in you can add rows/options and can add the values and perform calculations. But still, can you please explain what your workflow would be, so if we find it achievable, we can come up with a workaround?

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Hello again, Lorevie!

The idea behind the implementation is to have open fields for both the type of assessment and the grade (e.g., from 0 to 10). The form would then perform a calculation, similar to how it currently works with the existing tables, to compute the average score.

I understand that this goes beyond the current capabilities of the form, but do you think it would be possible to combine these two features? Specifically, having open fields (up to a maximum of 5) and performing the calculation of the average score from those fields?

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi IDECORP,

Thanks for getting back to us. If you are trying to combine the input table and the configurable list widget to perform a calculation, then it is not possible to do that. Unfortunately, there is no option to calculate values in fields that can be added to the form dynamically. Hence, it is not possible to use form calculation using the Configurable List widget. Our widgets use a separate script to work, and that is why it is not possible to implement calculations to the values of the widget.

A possible workaround is to utilize the Input Table element, where calculations can be performed within the field and use the Update/Calculate Logic that will calculate the values of the input table.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
