Ola, preciso de ajuda porque as informações de um campo estão vindo diferentes na planilha integrada do sheets e na integração via webhook.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested your form and the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
