    Ao responder um email na caixa de envios, gostaria de padronizar o assunto do email, isso seria possível?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, when you use the Reply button on the form's Inbox page, it will automatically use the name of the form as the Subject. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Mas agora preciso adicionar um email personalizado (dependendo de quem responder o formulário, vou precisar acionar pessoas diferentes), isso seria possível?

    Can you explain a bit on the flow of your form? Do you want to send a specific email when a specific user fills your form? It is possible to use conditions in the approval flow to send a specific email element with specific recipients. Check out this sample screenshot of conditions in the approval:
