Você pode atualizar para um plano superior para aumentar seus limites, esperar que os limites mensais sejam redefinidos a cada primeiro dia do mês ou excluir alguns dados de envio de sua conta Jotform.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

I've gone ahead and checked the account and can see that the Upload Limit is currently at 120.4MB/100.0MB. I recalculated your upload space, but unfortunately you've exceeded more than it's maximum. In this case, you can either upgrade your plan to increase your limit or wait for monthly limits to reset every first day of the month. Now, getting back to your concern about how to free up space. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In My forms page, choose your form.
2. Click Submissions at the top.
   
   
3. You may delete multiple entries by ticking the checkbox and choosing multiple or single entries.
4. Click Delete in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Now click Move to trash.
   

Now to purge and permanently delete the trashed submissions. Just follow the steps below:

1. Click the Three-dot icon to open the menu in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Select Trashed Entries.
   
3. A panel will pop up on the right side of the screen, choose the submissions to delete (multiple or single submissions) and then click Delete forever.
4. Lastly, select delete in the window that pops up.
