Now, coming back to your question, I see that you want to add your signature in your form. You can utilize the Image field, this will allow you to upload a picture of your signature. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder page, select Build located at the top orange menu bar.
2. Navigate to the left, select Add Form Elements.
3. Select and drag the Image field in your form.
4. Now, click Properties(Gear Icon).
5. Under General tab, click on Choose a File and select Upload File.
