Como personalizar o link do formulário?

Olá fiz uma formulario e depois criei um segundo clonado .
O link que faz quando eu compartilho sai com o nome do primeiro formulário junto a foto e na descrição sai certo o nome que renomeei para o segundo.
Segui uma orientação da explicação de outro usuário no "more settings" e alterei o nome, mas o titulos continua igual ao original.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to use the form title as the form's page title. If so, you'll just simply replace the Page title as shown in your screenshot above with OFICINA 11/06 -Faça sua Estratégia de Precificação. However, if that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Please disregard my first response. If you want to use a custom URL for your form, this is possible by creating a custom URL on your form's publish tab. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Under the Quick Share tab, click the Pencil icon on the Form URL field.

3. Enter the custom URL that you want then click the Apply Button.
