    O espaço de armazenamento de 10gb no plano prata, é mensal?

    Todo mês são liberados esses 10gb para armazenamento?

    Now, let me help you with your question. No, the 10GB available space in your Silver plan does not reset monthly. The available or upload space is the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. Also, this usage limit type doesn’t reset and has to be managed manually. To free up your upload space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the entries you want to delete using the checkboxes in the first column of the table. You can also use the Select All checkbox in the upper-left corner of the table to select all the entries if you need to delete all submissions.
    2. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
    3. Then, In the confirmation dialog, click the Move to Trash button.

    4. Next, to permanently delete or purge the trashed submissions, click the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
    5. Select the Trashed Entries option from the menu.

    6. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then click the Delete Forever button.
    7. Finally, click the Delete button in the confirmation dialog.

    Entendi, eu consigo comprar mais espaço de armazenamento, caso precise?

    Eu ja entrei em contato com representante para mudar para o "empresas", mas o custo é inviavel no momento.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to increase a specific usage limits set on the Silver plan. If the 10 GB available space is not enough in the Silver plan, you will need to delete and then purge your form entries with File Upload to free your upload space. You can also upgrade your account to the Gold or Enterprise plan to increase the usage limits.
