Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Cadastro Rc-Net that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.

If you agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can go ahead and lift the suspension on your account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

roteador, nome do wifi, login e senha para instalação ! nao roubamos nada,
é apenas uma grande confusão, trabalhamos com instalação de internet em
condominio, ja uso esse formulário a anos e acredito nao haver
neuma reclamação ou denúncia.

If we do not remove the offending fields, your account will stay suspended by the system due to the offending fields detected. Please give your confirmation to proceed.
