Boa tarde,
Obrigado

Hi Estevão Filho,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can enable the start date of your project from the click-up. Let me show you how:
- In your Click Up account, go to your project, click on the gray gear icon, Customize.
- Choose Fields, and then search for the Start date.
- Turn the toggle on for the Start Date option. That's it.
Let us know how it goes.

Hello Gaud,
Thank you for the return. But the issue is here in jotform, the option to point the field does not appear. I'm already using the start date on clickup, so I would like to point out a start and expiration date field in the form for clickup. Only the expiration date option appears here in the integration for me!
DATA INICIAL = START DATEDATA VENCIMENTO = DUE DATE
in field integration:

Hi Estevão,
Thanks for getting back to us. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hello Estevão,
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. When you're integrating the form into ClickUp, it will only display the primary tabs in ClickUp. This is the reason you're only seeing the Due Date. In your case, you'll need to add another field in your ClickUp chosen folder and label it as a Start Date. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- In the ClickUp, click the Plus icon in the chosen folder.
- Choose Date.
- Enter the Start Date in the Field Name and click on Create once done.
- You can also move this column depending on your lists.
Now, we'll complete the ClickUp integration. Let me walk you through it:
- In the Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Integrations in the left corner.
- Search ClickUp and click it.
- Select your ClickUp account.
- Follow the same order below.
- Now, the Start Date will be available after adding the Start Date in ClickUp.
- Click on Save and Finish once everything is set.
- Here's the result after.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hello,
I understood. Clickup does not allow integration with the system's native start date then.
I'm going to do a test as you mentioned, creating an initial date (manual) but I'll have to see a rule to perhaps fill in the native date, because of the automations. I'll get back to you soon with the conclusion. -

Hi,
It worked the way you mentioned, it's a bit adapted but it works perfectly, it fulfills the need. It's ok for me now.. I'll test it and get back to you if I need it. Thanks!!!
