Cancelation and refund request

    Oi, bom dia. Sou a Camila.


    Ontem eu assinei um plano porém não observei que o valor estava em dólar e não em real. Hoje eu pedi o cancelamento e quero saber se o valor vai ser estornado.

Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, please note that our pricing is presented in US dollars. If you use an international credit card, you will be charged with the converted amount based on the current exchange rate. Since you requested the refund within 30 days of the payment date, I canceled the plan and processed a refund.

    I just need to correct my response above. For the refund, you would have to fill out our refund request form. Please make sure to fill it out before June 28.
