    Boa Noite!

    Hi Loja_Intt,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to have your sales team mark submissions or add a note if a certain entry has been purchased? If so, you can share the submission table with your team via the Tables Collaboration feature. This feature allows you to share Jotform Tables so that coworkers or others within your organization can collaborate and help manage your form data. First, you'll have to view the submission data of a form then click on the Share Button located in the upper right corner, Here's a screenshot of it:

Tables can be public, private, or available only to those within the company. You can set permissions as read-only or collaborator. You can also allow collaborators to print or download submissions or do both.

You can add a new column on your table where the sales team can put their feedback on a certain entry.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
