    Hi Julio,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I am not sure if I understand your concern correctly. Do you mean to share your login and credentials with different people to access your account? If yes, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.

If you're referring to sharing your form with multiple users at the same time won't cause any issues. Let me show you how to get the Form URL:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. You’ll immediately see the link. Click on Copy link button to copy it. Then you can share it to your users. O que significa Um usuário nos planos padrão? Image 1 Screenshot 20

Please note that although you can share the form with up to 500 users, under Starter accounts can only receive 100 monthly submissions. If you require more submissions than this, you may consider upgrading to a paid plan. You can see the limits of each plan in our Pricing PageTo learn more about the account limits, I suggest looking into our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
