API Google Planilhas

Utilizo o formulário para agendamento de fornecedores na minha empresa, fiz a ligação que já existe com o google planilhas. Diariamente, nossos funcionarios registram em um quadro físico os fornecedores agendados para aquele dia, e então registram o horário de chegada e saída dele, para monitoramento de KPI's. Passo para esta planilha esses mesmos horários, porém diariamente, quando atualizo algum agendamento anterior some (tanto na planilha, como na tabela do jotform). Isso está me fazendo perder o histórico de dados. Gostaria de saber o que ocasiona isso e como posso resolver.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I manually pushed the submissions to the integrated sheet. Can you please check if the missing submission has been sent to your Google Sheet? 

Please note that the integration can break if you make any changes to the form or the spreadsheet directly. If the same thing happens, You need to remove the current integration and add it again to refresh the connection. Let me walk you through it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
• Select the Google Sheets integration.
• Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!

• Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:
• In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
• Now, select and connect your Google account.

• Select an option.
• Choose your form fields.
• Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
