Now, coming back to your question, you have 2 options to backup your submissions. Your first option is to download the submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Or use the Backup integration, which can also backup your forms.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, you can't schedule back up by using Jotform Backup Service, but if you integrate your form with Spreadsheet then submissions will save into Spreadsheet simultaneously. Integrating Jotform with Spreadsheet is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integration.

3. Choose Google Sheets, under Authentication either choose your Google account or click to add a Google account.

4. In the next screen, either choose your existing sheet or click to create one new sheet.

5. Select the fields you want to save in Google sheet & click on Save.

Dessa forma, cada linha inserida na tabela ou alteração que eu mesmo fizer na tabela automaticamente é adicionada na Planilha que fiz a integração?

Thanks for getting back to us. If you integrate your form with spreadsheet, all the submissions will directly save in Jotform Table and in Spreadsheet as well. But if you made any changes either in Jotform Tables or in Spreadsheet, those changes will not reflect on both side and will be treated as local updates. If the submissions are edited by the edit submission link, in this case the data will be updated on both sides Spreadsheet and Jotform tables.
