Obter a assinatura mensal

Boa tarde! estou tentando fazer a inscrição e assinatura de um plano mensal e nao estou conseguindo, se possivel gostaria de obter ajuda, afim de concretizar a assinatura mensal, desde já muito obrigado pela atenção.

Now, getting back to your question. You were trying to register and subscribe to our monthly plan, but you weren't able to. Let me show you how to do it:

• On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar on the top of the page.

• On the Pricing page, choose the plan that you want to buy.

• In the popup window, choose the monthly payment schedule of either Credit/Debit card or PayPal as the payment method.
• After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your payment method information/details.
