    Estou com problemas no pág seguro cartão de crédito já faz semanas e até o momento não recebi solução por parte de vocês! Gostaria de saber se teremos solução ou se devo migrar para outra plataforma de formulário? Obrigado

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked out your other threads, the issue is already been escalated to our developers. They are currently investigating on this. I understand that this is frustrating for you and that it is taking longer to solve than expected, however do note that our developers are working as fast as they can. They have to investigate it thoroughly and that is why it takes more time than expected. But, rest assured. You will hear back from them as soon as there is an update to your request.
